Healthcare Plus Caregiver- McHenry County, IL

Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Caregiver in a non-medical healthcare setting. We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver with transportation to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or Letter of Experience
Driver License
Social Security Card

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed
Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records of client care activities
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
