Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a government healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.02 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:01 AM - 04:00 PM Sun07:30 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at a government healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with post orders. Support emergency response activities by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or restricted area control during heightened situations or facility disruptions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
