Responsibilities
Connect with local families and business owners to understand what they need to protect their future.
Guide clients through the process of choosing the right insurance plans that suit their unique lives.
Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline of potential clients through networking and community involvement.
Respond to customer inquiries with clarity, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
Stay updated on product changes and coverage details so you can offer the best advice possible.
Represent our agency at local events in Mansfield to build real, lasting connections with our neighbors.
Requirements
Valid Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses for Texas is recommended but if you are not licensed we provide licensing opportunities.
Experience in a sales-focused role where you managed a pipeline or client book.
Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to listen to client needs and explain complex concepts simply.
