Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to provide effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups where clients can learn about mental health topics, share experiences, and build community connections.

  • Ensure coordinated patient care by collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, thus integrating multiple perspectives into treatment planning.

  • Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilizing clients in high-stress situations.

  • Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to manage their mental health proactively.

  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse population of clients seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

  • Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans based on unique client needs.

  • Proven track record in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital healthcare tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
