Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Round Rock, TX Job Id: 30097 Number of Openings: 0 (Closed) Certification Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours, no nights). Optional Saturdays available as needed. Position Type: Full‑time Start Date: Immediate Pay: High School / Associate’s Degree: $17.50 – $24.00 per hour Bachelor’s Degree: $21.00 – $25.50 per hour Master’s Degree: $23.50 – $27.00 per hour What You’ll Be Doing: Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities. Remain active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Watch examples of work if needed. Job Requirements: At least 18 years old. High school diploma. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and frequent floor activity. Maintain an active pace when working with young children. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Team mindset; willing to assist other ABC clinics if needed.
