Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic rehabilitation team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, a state-of-the-art center that offers cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting independence, and supporting our mission to Revolutionize Care Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans, conducting exercises and interventions, and monitoring patient progress
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, including cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and revise patient treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Current LPTA licensure in the state of New Jersey
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
