Descripción del Puesto Como Trabajador de Mantenimiento de Jardinería, realizarás mantenimiento programado en propiedades comerciales. Serás responsable del control de calidad, la operación segura y la comunicación con los supervisores. Responsabilidades Principales Operar y mantener cortadoras comerciales, desbrozadoras (trimmers), orilladoras, sopladoras y otras herramientas de jardinería Asegurar la finalización oportuna de los trabajos programados y un servicio de alta calidad Seguir las prácticas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo Comunicar problemas, retrasos o inquietudes del sitio al gerente de producción Realizar inspecciones básicas del sitio y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente Requisitos Licencia de conducir válida del estado de Texas (no se requiere CDL, pero se necesita un historial de manejo limpio) 2 a 5 años de experiencia como trabajador de cuadrilla en jardinería Capacidad para operar los principales equipos y herramientas de jardinería Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas Debe ser confiable, puntual y respetuoso con clientes y compañeros de trabajo Bilingüe (inglés/español) requerido Compensación y Beneficios Pago por hora: $18–$20, según la experiencia Beneficios médicos: seguro de salud disponible después del período de elegibilidad Pago semanal Actualmente no se ofrecen vacaciones ni tiempo libre remunerado (PTO) #J-18808-Ljbffr Grow USA
