Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator
Pay : $20-$25/hr.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Location : Englewood, CO

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is immediately searching for an Inventory Control Coordinator. In this role, you'll oversee field/distributor inventory, ensuring accuracy and communication. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, traceability, and reconciling inventory to support department goals, optimize inventory levels, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Use inventory systems (SMS, ZSIS, DCS, FedEx) to manage and monitor inventory flow.
Investigate inventory variances, resolve disputes and recommend solutions.
Manage return/exchange of expired/calibrated products between warehouse and field.
Generate regular and ad-hoc inventory reports, reconciling discrepancies daily.
Support communication related to distributor account terminations.
Assist with strategic inventory requests and asset recovery.
Conduct cycle counts and ensures compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional travel (up to 5%).
