Quality Engineer – Gas Turbine Manufacturing Sedalia, MO | Relocation Assistance Available – Onsite 5 days a week $100K–$115K Base Salary We are partnering with a growing leader in the aeroderivative gas turbine industry that is expanding its manufacturing operations and looking to add a Quality Engineer to support new manufacturing and machining operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on in a manufacturing environment and wants to work closely with engineering, operations, machining teams, and supplier quality to drive process improvements, reduce defects, and support high‑performance turbine manufacturing. What You’ll Be Doing Support manufacturing and machining quality operations on the shop floor Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams to resolve quality issues Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCA/CAPA) Manage NCR activity and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support ISO 9001 and internal QMS compliance Work cross-functionally with suppliers, engineering, and production teams Help improve process capability, manufacturing quality, and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing or machining environments Experience with ISO 9001, NCRs, RCA/CAPA, and quality systems Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machining operations Gas turbine, aerospace, rotating equipment, or heavy manufacturing experience highly preferred Strong target backgrounds include: Gas turbines Aerospace Oil & Gas manufacturing Precision machining Heavy industrial manufacturing If interested, please apply directly or message me for more details. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Staffing Specialists
