Responsibilities
- Implement and adjust treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT, delivering targeted therapy to residents
- Conduct therapeutic activities to address mobility, ROM, strength, balance, ADLs, and functional goals
- Monitor resident progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the supervising OT
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy, and social work) to optimize care and discharge planning
- Ensure safety, infection control, equipment maintenance, and patient education

Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing/acute care setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
- Availability to work the 08:00–16:30 shift, five days per week
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment in the United States
- Prior rehabilitation or SNF experience is preferred but not required
