Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Individual and Community Services team in Wake Forest, NC.As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with the individuals you support every day. We work with people of all ages and abilities and carefully match each consumer with team members whose skills, personality, and interests are the best fit.
