Senior Video Editor

Owning the craft and performance of video creative across paid social, the full-time Senior Video Editor will lead high-priority edits, set creative standards, and mentor junior editors in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Lead editing for high-priority paid social campaigns from brief through final delivery Set creative and technical standards for hooks, pacing, and platform-native storytelling Use performance data to inform editing decisions and recommend new creative directions Required qualifications 5+ years of experience editing video for paid social or performance marketing Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, with After Effects strongly preferred Deep knowledge of specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Fluency in analyzing paid social performance data to inform creative decisions Experience mentoring junior editors and providing structured creative feedback
