Inventory Control Associate

If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you. Job Summary Key Responsibilities Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Report discrepancies and support investigations to resolve issues. Maintain accurate labeling, bin organization, and location integrity. Assist with stock movements including replenishment, consolidation, and adjustments. Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to record data. Follow proper safety and handling procedures at all times. Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, or low stock levels to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated inventory areas. Support receiving and picking teams as needed during downtime. Participate in training and development programs as directed. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Skills Basic computer and data entry skills. Familiarity with WMS or barcode scanning systems a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from management. Certifications or Licenses None required. Preferred Certifications OSHA forklift certification or other material-handling equipment certification a plus. Core Competencies 1.
