Hach is part of Veralto, a global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:Leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.Managing critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.Partnering with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution and business value.Facilitating Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.Driving issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams.Ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Providing executive-level project communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management.Leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes.Supporting global standardization efforts and helping establish scalable enterprise solutions for the future.The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:8+ years managing enterprise application implementations projects (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD per year.
