This role involves providing specialized critical care in a 32-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with Neuro Critical Care capabilities. Job Details: Position Description: RN ICU Float Position: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC. Will accommodate 48-hour contracts. Unit Size/Beds: 32 Beds Expected Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 if the acuity requires Cases Seen: Sepsis, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post cardiac arrest care, respiratory failure Certifications Required: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (Both through American Heart Association) Required Qualifications: RN license with 2 years of ICU experience, including 1 year in a Level 1 ICU or 2 years in an ICU setting, with certifications in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS. Schedule: Days Shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: 12/20/2026 Additional Information: Looking for strong ICU nurses with good backgrounds. A nurse with only 1 year of experience and being a new graduate may be considered too new for this unit.
