Primary Care Physician – Oswego CountyOswego Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our expanding primary care team and drive practice growth within our practices in both Onondaga County and Oswego County.In this family medicine role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical histories and physical exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
