Compliance Risk Management LeadAs a key member of the Risk Management and Compliance team, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the strength and resilience of JPMorgan Chase. Your expertise will guide the firm in responsibly expanding its business by identifying and addressing new and emerging risks. Our Risk Management and Compliance culture encourages innovative thinking, challenges conventional approaches, and aims to achieve excellence.As a Compliance Risk Management Lead within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) organization, you will be tasked with the development of requirements and standards for the Firm's Enterprise-Wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Programs. Your responsibilities will include oversight and coordination of AML and sanctions coverage across the firm, the creation of policies, procedures, and standards to comply with regulatory guidance, including heightened expectations, and the execution of GFCC activities.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport business functions with day-to-day AML compliance issues covering Global Banking activities and products, including Investment Banking and Commercial Banking & Financing products and services such as corporate lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, commercial real estate finance, treasury and cash management, payments, capital markets transactions, debt and equity underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, and structured products.Support the sales team through the interpretation and implementation of the GFCC Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer processes, assessment of the control environment, OFAC/Sanctions and client Anti-Corruption ComplianceHelp develop, review and provide feedback on Financial Crime and Operational Risk Assessments, higher risk client types, KYC and Customer Escalation StandardsProvide advice and guidance into new business initiatives, change management, deals (mergers and acquisitions) and strategic investments by assessing the Financial Crime risk impact on proposed new products and servicesHelp identify and assess AML risks, including the types of clients they serve, their geographical locations, and the types of financial transactions they conductSuggest improvements to the AML control process that increase the processes strength while maintaining efficiency Implement controls to respond to AML findings that mitigate AML riskReview existing AML policies to ensure that they are effective and account for current or emerging riskStay abreast of industry trends and emerging risks and anticipate areas of focus and attention of regulators, keeping the business and Compliance colleagues informedSet a positive culture of professional development, collaboration and efficienciesBuild relationships with stakeholders and provide oversight and credible challenge to senior level committees and forums across CIB and GFCCRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills6+ years of work-related experience working within Risk Management and Compliance at a Global Financial Institution with strong knowledge of Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) products, services, and client types.Working knowledge of digital assets and tokenization initiatives, with experience supporting related business, risk, compliance, or regulatory effortsExpert level knowledge and implementation of programs around GFCC Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Customer processes, assessment, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)/Sanctions and client Anti-Corruption ComplianceHigh proficiency & demonstrated experience in presenting and advising senior leadership and regulatorsProven ability to establish a strategic vision and drive strong outcomes and resultsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, inquisitive nature and comfort challenging current practicesBA/BS degree requiredStrong ability to communicate clear vision and direction and ability to lead within a complex global organizationAbility to assess controls and processes to leverage further opportunities for automation/technological advancementAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
