What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage with motivated sellers – Take live calls, assess property conditions, and make competitive offers.

Negotiate & secure contracts – Acquire properties for rehab, rentals, or wholesale deals.

Follow up relentlessly – Maintain consistent communication with leads and homeowners.

Analyze data & market trends – Use the MLS to evaluate market values and make informed offers.

Educate & guide homeowners – Build trust and provide solutions that work best for them.

Manage the sales pipeline – Keep track of all leads and progress within our CRM system.

Prepare & review contracts – Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and legally sound.

Stay organized & goal-driven – Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet sales targets.
