Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Driver for our client in Edison, NJ. Please read the entire job description and all of the job requirements before applying for this position.

Schedule:

• All shifts available
• 8AM - 4:30PM
• 4PM - 12:30AM
• 8PM 5:30AM
• 11PM 7:30AM
• Plus overtime
• Hours subject to change

Pay Rate:

• $18 - $20 hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations by operating various types of material handling equipment. This role is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is confident operating multiple warehouse machines and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Use electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and turret trucks to move and organize materials
• Load, unload, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Place products in designated storage locations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to confidently and safely operate: forklift, electric pallet jack, reach truck, cherry picker, & turret truck
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
