Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and capital expenditures to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting for manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new projects, investments, and operational initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, bill of materials).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting financial insights.
• Understanding of supply chain management and its financial implications.
