CDL-A OTR Drivers: Flexible Home Time & Steady Miles

Smith Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for consistent freight and flexible scheduling options. Whether you prefer weekends home or longer runs with higher earning potential, Smith gives you the freedom to choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle. Haul direct customer freight with no broker loads while enjoying industry-leading equipment and strong driver support.

Annual gross pay: $55,000 – $85,000
Multiple home time options available
Choose your pay & schedule:
$0.55 CPM – Home weekends (48 hours)
$0.60 CPM – Weekday home time
$0.65 CPM – 12 days out / 48 hours home
$0.65 CPM – 21 days out / 7 days home
Mostly drop & hook freight
No NYC freight
No broker freight
Passenger policy from Day 1
Per diem pay

Age 21+
Valid Class A CDL
