• Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm plus rotating weekends
• 6.5 points per day patient load
• Start of care and recertification visits required
• CHF, orthopedic, and pneumonia patient population
• One year experience required
• BLS certification required
• 13 week assignment length
• Holiday rotation required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
