A well respected health system in South Carolina is looking to recruit a dedicated Critical & Acute Care Registered Nurse for a full-time role in high-intensity environments. This essential position focuses on managing critically ill patients and ensuring optimal outcomes. A generous $7,500 relocation assistance is offered.

Compensation:

• $6.00 night shift differential.
• $4.00 weekend differential (stackable).
• $1.25 evening differential (stackable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients using medical history, observation, and diagnostic data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
• Provide immediate interventions in emergencies, including ACLS and trauma care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Acute & Critical Care Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Education: BSN preferred; ADN accepted with relevant experience.
• Licensure: Active RN license in South Carolina.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in critical or acute care settings.
