Spray Necker Technician

Position Summary Work Schedule: A Crew 7am-7pm. Ensure spray and/or necker machines are operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications. Key Deliverables Assist with operation of spray and/or necker equipment while maintaining quality standards. Perform daily maintenance plans and audits of machines/housekeeping according to maintenance plan. Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs). Troubleshoot faulty equipment and assemblies. Assist Spray/Necker Specialist with repair of defective parts. Perform routine quality checks at the appropriate stage of production. Perform any other duty reasonably corresponding with the role. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Engineering or Technical Degree preferred. 1‑3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred. Self‑motivated with high attention to detail. Problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently or as a team. Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferred. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire‑prevention, and environmental protection regulations. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Physical Demands Activity is not applicable to this position. Occasionally (up to 33% of the time): Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less, Push/Pull 10 lbs or less. Frequently (33%‑66% of the time): Lift/Carry 11‑25 lbs, Push/Pull 11‑25 lbs. Constantly (more than 66% of the time): Lift/Carry 25‑50+ lbs, Push/Pull 25‑50+ lbs. Stand – Constantly; Walk – Constantly; Sit – Occasionally; Manually Manipulate – Frequently; Reach Outward – Frequently; Reach Above Shoulder – Occasionally; Climb – Occasional; Crawl – Occasional; Squat or Kneel – Occasional; Bend – Occasional. Work Environment Ability to work in an environment that can become loud and very hot (temperature) depending on the weather.
