Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Rula Health is seeking a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide high-quality telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that supports clients through relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges while working fully remotely. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and relational assessments, formulate collaborative treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, EFT, DBT, and systemic family therapy approaches. You will monitor client progress, adjust interventions based on outcomes and clinical judgment, and coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals as appropriate. You will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record, adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific licensing standards. A strong focus on risk assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referrals for higher levels of care is essential.
