Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Learn to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and provide feedback on areas of strength and opportunity in line with Company Objectives. Adhere to current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Generate Sales: provide customer service to produce sales gains and meet/exceed Company Objectives; give feedback on performance in line with Company Objectives; adhere to visual guidelines and maintain professional appearance. Responsibilities by Area Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies; assist in preparation of store schedules; manage store inventory; proper documentation and record keeping per policies and laws; open and close the store as required; support and adhere to all policies. Additional Principal Duties And Responsibilities Supervise Associates: participate in training programs, assist in recruiting and training store personnel, ensure compliance with policies, perform work of subordinates as needed, communicate at all levels, other duties as assigned. Job Required Knowledge & Skills High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience. Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate a computer and relevant software. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead; standing up to 100% of shift; ability to work unsupervised. Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location.
