Behavioral Aide / Transporter (Independent Contractor)
Location: Gwinnett, Clayton, Fulton, Dekalb, Paulding, Cherokee, Clarke and Cobb Counties.
Schedule: Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Nue Beginnings Residence Home, Inc. is seeking experienced and compassionate professionals to provide Behavioral Aide and Transportation Services to individuals and families throughout Gwinnett, Clayton, Fulton, Dekalb, Paulding, Cherokee, Clarke and Cobb Counties. This role is ideal for dedicated human services professionals who are committed to supporting individuals in the community while maintaining safety, professionalism, and dignity.
Responsibilities

Provide behavioral support and supervision in community settings
Assist individuals with achieving personal and service goals
Transport individuals safely to appointments, community activities, and other approved destinations
Maintain accurate documentation and communication as required
Promote a positive, person-centered approach in all interactions

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Services
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Minimum 3-year favorable driving record
Reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
Ability to work independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor
