Daily Responsibilities For The Echo Sonographer Performs Transthoracic Echocardiogram 2-D and M-mode according to lab protocol. Measures and documents all M-Mode and Doppler studies. Performs routine Color, Pulse and Continuous Wave Doppler. Operates ultrasound machine & assists the physician during TEE procedure.
