Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current certifications including BLS and ACLS; PALS or TNCC preferred
• Skilled in rapid triage, assessment, and implementing care plans
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adjust to varying demands and a dynamic caseload
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in urgent situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered, compassionate emergency nursing care
• Perform assessments, triage patients, and initiate necessary treatments promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage wounds as per protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery
• Document all patient care activities precisely and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and established safety standards
