Staff Attorney, Bankruptcy & Restructuring

Jones Day is seeking a Staff Attorney in New York with 4–6 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or distressed mergers. This is a firmwide, non-partner track position critical for supporting the Firm’s various bankruptcy and restructuring representations. The selected candidate will manage court disclosures in bankruptcy matters and assist with Chapter 11 proceedings and legal research.
