Head of Treasury

* Lead the global cash forecasting and planning process and ensure that the company’s global cash obligations are met in a cost-effective manner.* Manage the movement of funds to meet daily operating needs and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.* Provide oversight and coordination of treasury department decisions to ensure conformity with regulatory requirements.* Manage global contingency and crisis recovery plans with respect to treasury activities.* B.S. degree in Business/ Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field is required; M.B.A. is preferred.* Professional certifications (e.g. CTP, CFA, etc.) are highly desirable.* Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience including finance and treasury experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.* Proven track record in liquidity management, financing and risk management.* Strong knowledge of capital markets, risk management, asset management, capital structure, cash management and treasury systems.* Excellent management and leadership skills and demonstrated success in leading, developing and mentoring a group of professionals.* Proactive problem solving and decisions making skills.* Must be well organized, energetic, highly intelligent, and entrepreneurial.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Ability to interact with many people at a variety of levels within the organization.* Strategic thinking with strong verbal, writing and analytical skills.* Must have outstanding communication skills.* Must be persuasive and goal oriented.* High integrity and commitment to corporate governance**.** #J-18808-Ljbffr Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals
