Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Schedule: 36 patient-contact hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
EMR: Epic
Call: Shared call responsibilities
Graduates Accepted: 2026 & 2027 candidates welcome

Clinical Responsibilities

Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
Acute & chronic disease management
Preventive care and annual wellness visits
Coordinate care with specialists
Maintain timely Epic documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Patient education and continuity of care

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM or IM
Must maintain active board status
Strong interest in outpatient primary care
Community-focused and team-oriented
Must be willing to live within reasonable commuting distance
Not accepting locums candidates
