Senior Landscape Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Designer to lead high‑end residential design‑build projects with direct ownership of client engagement, design development, and project closure. This is a hybrid design and sales role — not a purely creative design position. The ideal candidate is a confident, client‑facing professional who can guide homeowners through the full lifecycle of a project, from the initial consultation through concept development, presentation, and signed agreement. You will play a direct role in driving revenue, generating backlog for installation teams, and creating exceptional outdoor living environments for estate‑level residential clients.
