Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Owasso, OKFacility: Ascension St John OwassoDepartment: Labor and DeliverySchedule: PRN | NightsHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleLead The Care Journey: You will implement and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting strategies based on real-time observation to ensure the highest quality of care and optimal outcomes.Essential Communication: Accurately record, track, and effectively communicate changes in patient condition and progress to the entire interdisciplinary team, ensuring proactive and timely interventions.Precision And Execution: Flawlessly note and carry out physician and advanced practice provider orders, maintaining adherence to clinical protocols and playing a critical role in the delivery of treatment.Interdisciplinary Orchestration: Act as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines—from physical therapy to social work and pharmacy—to ensure seamless, cohesive, and collaborative patient care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
