Located in Phoenix, AZ Salary: $20-$22/hr Metal Manufacturing Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Phoenix, AZPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring experienced Metal Manufacturing Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in metal fabrication, automotive manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, or similar industrial production environments. Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in metal fabrication, aerospace, automotive, sheet metal, machining, or industrial manufacturing required.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
