Position Overview Whether you are looking for a reliable full-time career or a steady part-time position, we want to hear from you. In this dual role, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling day-to-day office tasks and supporting our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

Provide customer support by replying to emails and processing orders using our ERP (Sage100)

Assist with data entry and document preparation

Support general office operations and communication between departments

Maintain office organization

Assist management with administrative projects as needed

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an office administration, receptionist, or customer service role (experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required).

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and high attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email. Willingness to learn our order management software (Sage100).

Reliability: A self-starter who thrives in a quiet, productive office environment and can work independently.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Local: Must have reliable transportation to our Warminster facility.
