Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Profession: Mental Health Therapist

Experience: Minimum of five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable position
License: Must possess appropriate certification or licensing in the applicable state of practice, i.e., LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Certifications: Must hold a BLS and one of the following licenses in the applicable state of practice without restrictions or supervision: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Must-Have:
- PATIENT ASSESSMENT
- CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION
- MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING
Description:
The successful candidate should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with job performance requirements.
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on a review of available records and clinical interviews.
Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques through treatments used for individuals in the caseload.
Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals.
Candidates must have open availability for scheduling as needed per client scheduling policy.
US Citizenship is required for clearance, and candidates will be subject to a thorough background and credit investigation for approval.
Clearance may take 4-6 weeks to obtain, with the ability to start as soon as clearance is received.

- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Education:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.
