North Star Electric is looking to hire an electrician:
- If you are looking to take on a leadership role, can multitask multiple assignments , communicate and work as a team with contractors, coworkers, and administrative team, as well as feel a sense of accomplishment when finishing the project, this job is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Electrical Managers
- Lead & Manage electrical installation crews for multi-family residential projects.
- Oversee Quality & Safety , ensuring compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and project timelines.
- Act as the On-Site Contact between project managers, administrative team, and customers.
- Train & Mentor electrical helpers, building a strong and skilled workforce.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot electrical issues, solving problems efficiently.
- Ensure Materials & Equipment are managed effectively for smooth job site operations.
Qualifications
- have a high school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Can operate machinery; Being certified is a plus
- Tech savvy is a plus
- Knowledge of code regulations
- Be willing to work overtime and travel
