MT & Associates is a growing, woman-owned accessibility services company providing professional ASL interpreting, CART captioning, and communication access services. We partner with government agencies, universities, businesses, and organizations nationwide to positively impact Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals with equal access to communication. 

What You'll Do  

• Coordinate ASL interpreting and CART captioning requests from intake through completion. 
• Schedule interpreters and captioners for meetings, conferences, trainings, and complex events. 
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners. 
• Resolve scheduling changes and urgent requests with professionalism and creativity. 
• Recruit, onboard, and support independent contractors. 
• Improve workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Monitor service quality and help ensure assignments are delivered accurately and on time. 
• Collaborate with the team to improve operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

What We're Looking For  

• Two or more years of experience in operations, scheduling, project coordination, customer success, client services, event coordination, or a similar role. 
• Strong leadership potential, with the drive and initiative to grow into a Team Lead role over time. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience working with customers, vendors, contractors, or service providers. 
• Comfortable learning new technology and working with scheduling and business software. 
• Someone who takes ownership, adapts well to changing priorities, enjoys improving processes, and is committed to growing with the company long term. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. 

Hybrid Requirements  

This is a hybrid position. While much of the work is performed remotely, regular in-person responsibilities are essential. Candidates must: 

• Live within 20 miles from Clayton, MO and commuting distance of the Greater St. Louis area. 
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute throughout the St. Louis metro area for customer meetings, networking, training, and occasional operational support 
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet and a private professional home workspace suitable for video meetings. 
• Comfortable and professional on camera, as video meetings in this role require cameras on.
