Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, and ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, think forward, and ensure customers are satisfied with expectations exceeded Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Maintain store appearance, keeping the store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and dedicated to continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Pay Range: 25.02–39.02 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
