OverviewHexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a strategic and visionary Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. In this position, you will lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers.Antcom is part of the Aerospace & Defense division and this position will join a high-performance team focused on the quick-turn, customized design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality antenna products. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P's industry leading technology when building their own solutions. This position is based in Torrance, California.ResponsibilitiesAs our Antenna Product Manager, you would be responsible for:Long term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customersWorking with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolioCreation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targetsDefining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies“Go-to-market” strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateralGather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategyAnalyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisionsEvaluate competitive products and technology trendsAccountable for the success of new product launchesNational and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needsRepresent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferencesQualificationsMust-Have: Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industryApplicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled informationKey Success Factors:Willingness to continually learn in business and technologyEnthusiastic and self-motivatedAttention to detail, but balanced with a high-level overviewExcellent communication skillsAbility to work and communicate across a variety of departments in a matrix organizationAbility to understand different technical and business audience and adjust the message accordinglyExcellent organizational and analytical skills“Out of the box” thinkingData driven decision makingNice-to-Have:MBA10+ years of B2B experience in hardware technologiesNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role? This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
