About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Global Time and Attendance. The successful candidate will be a core leader in shaping the future of product innovation, driving value for customers, and leading successful product launches. This role is pivotal in defining a long-term strategy for employee and manager experiences and expanding the responsible use of workforce activity data. The Vice President will be responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of various stakeholders, and ensuring that the products developed provide measurable customer value. A strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, data quality, and stability is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or a relevant domain, with advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. The role requires a proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, develop and communicate product strategies, and translate them into executable roadmaps. Strong data literacy, technical fluency, and experience in designing digital experiences are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong risk and controls mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in HR technology products and a background in a highly matrixed, complex organization are preferred.
