The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving a diverse population with varying mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction-related issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, utilizing your expertise to help them navigate their emotional challenges and achieve their personal goals.

  • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited program is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, or specialized therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be highly regarded. Additionally, experience in facilitating support groups or workshops is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
