Maintenance Coordinator

CMMS CoordinatorThe CMMS Coordinator is responsible for the administration, integrity, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), while supporting preventative maintenance execution as operational priorities allow. This role ensures maintenance activities are effectively scheduled, tracked, and reported, supported by accurate asset, work order, and inventory data to drive operational reliability and performance. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pmJob Responsibilities:CMMS Administration & Ownership: Serve as the primary owner and system administrator for the CMMS platformMaintain and optimize asset hierarchy, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all equipment recordsSchedule and manage preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with established standardsCreate, assign, and prioritize work orders in alignment with operational needsMonitor and manage maintenance backlog to ensure timely resolution and resource alignmentMaintenance Planning & Reporting: Track and monitor completed, active, and overdue work orders, proactively addressing gapsGenerate, analyze, and distribute maintenance performance metrics and reportsSupport root cause analysis efforts through accurate data capture and system insightsIdentify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiencyInventory & Parts Management: Maintain accurate spare parts inventory within the CMMSEstablish and monitor min/max inventory levels to support maintenance readinessPartner with procurement or operations teams to ensure availability of critical componentsPreventative Maintenance Execution: Perform routine preventative maintenance activities as operational capacity allowsSupport maintenance team priorities to ensure equipment uptime and safe operationAdhere to all safety, compliance, and operational standardsOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required5+ years of maintenance experience preferredDemonstrated CMMS expertiseStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to balance hands-on maintenance with system administrationPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsSafety Requirements:Strict adherence to Breakthru Beverage Safety PolicyUse of required PPECompetencies:Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pays attention to detail and meet deadlines.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
