Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and post-operative cases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
- Conduct assessments such as Fall Risk Assessments and manage active patient caseload.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises.
