Come join us at Select Property Management in Yuba City, CA. We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service. If you tend to take personal ownership for the work you are responsible for and take pride in doing your job well, this is a great position for you!

Starting Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending upon education, experience, and qualifications.

What you would be doing in this role:

  • Greet Customers
  • Answer Phones
  • Perform data entry and file management tasks
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with Realtors, team members, clients, tenants, owners, and company departments

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Recent property management experience.
  • Current CA Real Estate license (must be willing to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills. Ability to speak clearly, listen and get clarification; read and interpret written information; write clearly, accurately and concisely. Strong spelling and grammar skills. Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information and able to adapt during constant interruption of duties.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid attendance history and a dedication to continuous employment.
  • Positive & productive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional dress & demeanor.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Appfolio experience helpful
  • Bilingual preferred
