Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Dallas studio. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for a design-focused professional ready to lead projects from conceptual design through schematic design. About the Role As an Architectural Designer in Dallas, you will play a central role in shaping hospitality, mixed-use, and urban infill projects across Texas and the Southwest. You will guide design from early concept through schematic design, working closely with principals, project managers, and consultants to deliver thoughtful, buildable architecture. What You’ll Do Lead conceptual design and schematic design phases for mid- to large-scale commercial and hospitality projects Develop design narratives, massing studies, and presentation materials for client and stakeholder meetings Produce detailed Revit models, drawings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape consultants during SD documentation Participate in site analysis, zoning research, and code review to inform design decisions Mentor junior designers and contribute to the studio's design culture and critique What You Bring 4–8 years of professional architecture experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); licensure or actively pursuing preferred Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; fluency in Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Proven ability to take a project from conceptual design through schematic design with minimal oversight Strong graphic communication skills and a refined eye for materiality, proportion, and detail Experience with Texas building codes and familiarity with Dallas‑area jurisdictions is a plus Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year , based on experience About the Studio We are a Dallas-based architecture and interiors practice known for crafting distinctive, context-driven spaces.
