We specialize in highly regulated industries which require extensive background investigations with excellence in quality. Making the best hiring decisions is an important process for our clients. Screening for individuals with violent criminal histories, or otherwise derogatory information, helps keep workplaces safe and secure. An ideal candidate will learn to be an effective teammate and demonstrate a high attention to detail as accuracy is a vital quality of our work. They will be able to review and process information in an objective manner and use personal skills to verify information and schedule additional tests as necessary.Job Details & ResponsibilitiesProfessionally be able to communicate with individuals who are able to verify subject information - communication includes inbound and outbound calls, email and faxBe able to multitask - maximize your time to gain information on multiple individualsUse email and fax to capitalize on other forms of communication to verify subject informationWork within our proprietary IT software to process different 'elements' of a background investigation - a basic understanding of computer software will be enoughHigh attention to detail reporting the information gatheredMaintain a respectful and professional work environment - we have a great team in place and seek to expand on that with the right peopleAble to speak another language? Great! Being able to communicate with non-English speakers can be very helpfulEmployment OpportunityWe offer flexible hours, but our normal office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. There are opportunities for hours outside of this window for personal reasons for life obligations.
