Maintenance Lead – Warwick, RI

Pay: $34 – $40/hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of plant-wide maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with technical work—guiding a team while staying actively involved on the floor.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant
• Assign and prioritize work based on urgency, team skillsets, and production needs
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and support for equipment and systems
• Train, mentor, and motivate maintenance team members to maximize performance
• Oversee equipment installations and plant improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
• Manage parts inventory and order materials/vendors as needed
• Track and report maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in electrical & mechanical maintenance
• Experience with hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a team
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent downtime
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent
