What You’ll Do
- Build & Mentor Future Leaders: You’ll hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, turning today’s employees into tomorrow’s managers.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of your store’s P&L, managing labor, food costs, and inventory to ensure business success.
- Create Legendary Moments: Set the standard for hospitality, ensuring every guest receives the food quality and service that made Pizza Ranch famous.
- Innovate & Adapt: Use your local expertise to improve processes and deepen community relationships.
What You Bring
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You treat the restaurant like it’s your own.
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of restaurant management experience (multi-unit experience is a plus).
- Results-Driven: A track record of hitting financial targets and growing sales.
- Active Presence: Ability to travel across Iowa and Illinois with a valid driver’s license.
